Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 5:00.
Our customer service team will contact you through Email or Whatsapp when your order is ready for pickup. Please show your order number to storekeepers when receiving your order.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier maybe managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Standard shipping on orders over BD60.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
Store Pick Up
1-3 Business Days - 0
1-4 Business Day - BD2
1-2 Business Days - BD3
Subject to International - subject to product weight
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged, our delivery representative will contact you to schedule the delivery time.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
United Arab Emirates
Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
